Return policy

This return policy is subject to our terms of service and outlines your right to return a purchase under the following conditions. Any additional or overlapping terms may be specified in our terms of service and will always take precedence in their interpretation.

1. Conditions

If your purchase wasn't the right choice or fit, you may return a purchase within 30 days of receiving it. When you choose to return your purchase we will refund the full amount paid by you for the corresponding purchase or products, including the cost of delivery, when the following conditions are met. If some or all of the following conditions are not met you might still be eligible for a partial refund or not eligible for a refund at all.

  1. 01 Your request for a return has to be made within 30 days of you receiving your purchase
  2. 02 The returned products must be returned in their original packaging, including any tags or labels
  3. 03 The returned products must have no visible signs of wear or use

2. Proceedings

If you are eligible for a refund, we will reimburse the corresponding amount using the same payment method used by you for the initial transaction corresponding to the returned purchase. We will do so after having received back the products you intended to return. You are responsible for shipping back these products and any additional costs this may bring.

3. How to

You are able to request a return and following refund of your purchase through your account or by contacting us via email; When contacting us via email it is important to provide us with your order number, full name and delivery address. Uppon acceptance of your request you will receive confirmation email, as well as, a return address to which you may send your products. After having received back the returned products you will receive another email confirming the reimbursement of the amount you are eligible to, within 1 to 4 business days.
